When choosing to follow a low-carb diet, the quality of carbs matters. That’s why tracking net carbs can be especially helpful when meal planning. To calculate net carbs, subtract the combined grams of dietary fiber and sugar alcohols (low-calorie sweeteners like erythritol and xylitol) from the total carbohydrates.

These tasty, quick dinner recipes all contain less than 26 grams of net carbs per serving. They’re rich in fiber and protein to help balance blood sugar levels and keep you full longer.
