    Ive been vegan for 5 years and have consistently used Map My Run for even longer yet I have RARELY ever noticed any vegan friendly recipes… What gives! The fact that you can be plant powered and get enough protein and gain muscle, speed and strength is old news. Please help a vegan out by maybe squeezing in one or two recipes/tips here and there.. thats not too much to ask I hope!
