Fair warning: All the fresh berries in this colorful smoothie might entice you to go berry-picking, even if your closest farm is many miles away. Or just pick them up at your closest grocer — bonus points if it’s locally sourced produce!

Red Berries Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Quaker Oats
  • 10 ounces (300ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon açaí powder
  • 2 strawberries, stemmed and hulled
  • 3 raspberries
  • 3 blueberries

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you want the drink thicker, add more oats and ice cubes.

Note: Unsweetened plain almond milk (or your preferred milk) can be substituted for the vanilla variety if you want a less sweet smoothie.
