Hello Healthy – The New MyFitnessPal Blog

A blog makeover has been on our to-do list for quite some time but it was our recently updated website that really inspired us to get the redesign rolling. We freshened up the look, gave it a name and added new features like post categories, a search box, social media share buttons and a user-friendly commenting system. In addition to the new look, we’re building out an editorial calendar full of nutrition tips and healthy recipe hacks from Elle, our Registered Dietitian, sweaty workouts and training plans from fitness experts, inspirational member spotlights and a whole lot more.

Now that we’ve got the new blog, we’ll be posting more frequently so be sure to bookmark the new web address and check back often. If you want to make sure you don’t miss a single post, we recommend following Hello Healthy using a reader like Feedly. Remember, we’re here for you. We want Hello Healthy to be fun, inspiring and informative, and to help you on your journey to live a healthful life. Feel free to poke around and give us your feedback and requests for the sorts of posts you’d like to see on Hello Healthy in the comment section below.

Until the next post,

Mike, Al and the MyFitnessPal Team

I just lost my comment and have forgotten all I said. This isn’t easy to leave a comment…I’d like some nutrition tips for beginning runners and biking, please, and an RD is awesome! Love your site but there are some glitches, such as this…trying to leave a comment.

My Daughter just made the most awesomeness dinner. My granddaughter and I both helped. We had cheeseburgers (no bun) salad with pepper and tomato, and potato salad. It was only worth 2 carbs and was so good. Thank you Deb for all your help…I love that we are doing this togeather. Love you MOM

beginner or an expert, Prize Fitness personal training studio can make
    it happen for you.

One on one ( You and Your Personal Trainer )

1 on 1 personal training is all about you (at PF Studio or at home). The
entire session is based around your need ,goals and what you wish to
achieve and desire. While hands on training, there shall always be time
to discuss nutrition and your exercise outside of the studio.

Two with one ( Two Trainees and Your Personal Trainer )

2 on 1 training is almost as personal as 1 on 1 but at nearly cost
effected training (at PF studio or at home). It is a great way to make
personal training more affordable and more fun. You could even use your
training partner to train the rest of the week. It is much harder to
cancel a walk or a jog when you have arranged to meet someone.

    Small Group Personal Training

We have regular scheduled groups running throughout the week, but if you
have a group of friends and you want your own small group, we can find a
suitable time and away we go.
