There’s so much more to being healthy than counting calories. That’s why we’ve launched our newest Premium feature: Nutrient Goal Cards. Now you can easily customize the nutrition goals you see at a glance on your Dashboard.
Plus, we have exciting news for both Premium AND free members: We’ve also made it easy to edit existing goals like Calories, Exercise, Steps, and Weight from the Dashboard.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR DASHBOARD: CHOOSE FROM 16 NUTRIENT GOALS
Your vision of your own nutrition journey just got a whole lot clearer. With Nutrient Goal Cards, you can choose which nutrients you want to track right on your Dashboard.
Choose from 16 common nutrient goals. Trying to eat fewer sweets? Track sugar. Focusing on heart health? Saturated fat can be a good one to watch. With the metrics you care about front and center, you can quickly see your daily progress and make food choices that support your larger health goals.
HOW TO ADD YOUR NUTRIENT GOAL CARDS
If you’re a Premium member, you’ll be able to tap the + on the empty goal cards. You may add one or two cards. Not a Premium member, but want to check out this new feature? Try Premium free for 30 days!
Scroll through the 16 options and tap the + to select a nutrient to track on your Dashboard.
Tap Done Editing if you just want one goal card, or tap + to add a second goal.
BONUS! UPDATE CALORIE, WEIGHT, FITNESS GOALS AND MORE
With this latest app update, we’ve added a new shortcut to edit your calories, steps, weight, and exercise goals, too. Tap the Edit button at the top of your Dashboard, and select Edit Goal on any of the areas you want to update.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR APP TO ACHIEVE YOUR HEALTH GOALS YOUR WAY
No two health and fitness journeys are the same. Even yours will evolve over time. New MyFitnessPal features like Nutrient Goal Cards — and one-tap access to all your goals — ensure that as your goals change, you always stay up to date and on track.
