MyFitnessPal Health Nut Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 cup frozen (or fresh) Blueberries
  • handful of fresh Baby Spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon Natural Almond Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Dried Coconut
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 3-5 Ice Cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to get the consistency you like. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
