GooglePlay Names MyFitnessPal Best Health & Fitness App

Google has announced  your favorite apps of 2014—and MyFitnessPal was named Most Downloaded Health & Fitness App!

And we think we know why…

MyFitnessPal works!

  • 88% of members who log meals for seven days lose weight.
  • Users who were active for their first 30 days on MyFitnessPal lost an average of 10.3 lbs over time.
  • MyFitnessPal members who diet with friends lose 2x more weight on average, compared to other users!

    Congrats My Fitness Pal! Your app works for me. It has helped me lose ~20# over the last year and helped me bring my blood pressure down from borderline hypertensive to calm and relaxed. Thanks for the new look and new pants size!

    If only sync/update function would be eventually fixed in mobile apps.
    It’s currently broken or at least doesn’t work the way it should on Android and iOS.
    Works bit better on Windows Phone, but still not perfectly. Otherwise, really decent apps on all 3 platforms.
