  • Great suggestions! i would also like to add that making whatever it is that you are doing even better is a great way to go about it too. Exercise has such a negative stigma on it and people often approach it with a closed mind. I have to do cardio for x minutes, i have to lift these weights for Y minutes. Anything can be movement. I am a big fan of spontaneous fitness and i think it fits well with moving more in 2017. Set up triggers in your phone for when you are at work. Have you stood up in the last hour? Walk to the bathroom! If you are going shopping? Make it a challenge to walk around the store more. Stay cool myfitnesspal!
