15-Minute Total Body Workout with a Towel

Using a glider or towel, you can create a fun and challenging workout without using any weights! Make sure you warm-up before you start any exercise program, and take it at you own pace.

Start with just a few reps of each exercise (5-8 reps) and work your way up to 10-15 reps.

1. Reverse Lunges
2. Lateral Slide (Single-leg Squat)
3. Burpees
4. Mountain Climbers
5. Plank to Double Leg or Pike
6. Push-up Slide
