Created by Ovuline, these two apps use technology to crunch data and help couples start families and have healthier pregnancies.

Ovia Fertility was designed by Harvard scientists and fertility experts to help women predict precise ovulation dates—you can use it to maximize your fertility efforts and get that baby made! In fact, couples using Ovia Fertility conceive up to three times faster than the national average.

After you see a plus sign on the plastic stick, Ovia Pregnancy can provide you with personal insight based on your unique data. Not sure how much pregnancy weight gain is healthy for you? Have concerns about which foods to avoid? Ovia Pregnancy measures your individual health and lifestyle data against clinical guidelines, and takes your personal goals into account, to provide expert-driven, real-time feedback on your pregnancy nutrition, fitness, and symptoms. It all adds up to a healthier, happier nine months!

Becoming a parent is stressful enough, so MyFitnessPal takes some of the pressure off you by synching with Ovuline to provide weight and workout information directly to your Ovia Fertility and Ovia Pregnancy apps, ensuring the most accurate inputs for their algorithms. You’ll be able to see your MyFitnessPal data in three places within Ovia Fertility and Ovia Pregnancy—on the Timeline (your newsfeed), Daily Summary (your daily log of user data), and Trends (your personal charts) pages.
