No need to buy a plane ticket — we’re headed to the tropics without leaving home. If the flavors of this smoothie don’t appeal to you, the bright color and fun vibe has to leave you tempted.

Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Quaker Oats
  • 10 ounces (300ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 banana
  • 3 strawberries, stemmed and hulled
  • 1/2 orange, peeled

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you want the drink thicker, add more oats and ice cubes.

Note: Unsweetened plain almond milk (or your preferred milk) can be substituted for the vanilla variety if you want a less sweet smoothie.
