We’ve teamed up with Season 1 Broken Skull Challenge winner Tommy Hackenbruck for a month-long fitness challenge! Every week for a month, we’re sharing a special workout from Hackenbruck that doesn’t require a gym or any fancy equipment.

Week 1 & Week 2 tackled sit-ups, sprints, push-ups, and dips. For this week, Hackenbruck has designed a great circuit workout that can be modified for different fitness levels. Watch the video below and follow along, and tune into CMT on Sundays at 8pm to watch Broken Skull Challenge and get inspired!

    I am looking for easy workouts that don’t involve pressure on the wrists or hand. Arthritis in both so can’t do push ups.
