S’mores Parfaits
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (87g) dark chocolate chips
- 1 3/4 cups (390g) plain 0% Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon table salt
- 1 1/2 graham cracker sheets (24g), crumbled
- 1/4 cup (26g) marshmallow creme
Directions
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips on high until melted, 1–1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Gradually stir in yogurt until smooth. Stir in vanilla and salt.
Into each of 4 parfait glasses or small bowls, spoon about 1/4 cup yogurt mixture. Sprinkle half of crumbled graham crackers evenly over the yogurt mixture. Top evenly with the remaining yogurt mixture and crumbled graham crackers. Top each parfait with 1 tablespoon marshmallow creme.
