Kale & Pear Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (134g) raw kale
  • 1 large pear, cored and sliced into large pieces
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup (35g) ice
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) cold water

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth, adding additional water until the smoothie is the texture and consistency you enjoy.
