Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie Bowls

Frozen pineapple is a great fruit for smoothies, making the mixture thick and delicious. Adding turmeric and black pepper makes it an anti-inflammatory superfood, that helps to protect brain health. A smoothie bowl is a breakfast that seems like a bowl of ice cream, but it packs enough protein and fiber to keep you full for hours.
