Last month, we wanted to hear about any new awareness you’d gained by using MyFitnessPal and how this new awareness had inspired you to make lifestyle changes. The team at MyFitnessPal loved reading all of your stories and the pictures you shared! Now, with the holiday season upon us, we want to gobble up more of your amazing journeys.

With all the casseroles, cookies and cakes you’ll be facing over the next few weeks, it’s pretty easy to put on a few wintertime pounds. This month we want to hear how you plan to use MyFitnessPal to walk the fine line between enjoying the holidays and getting completely derailed.

To enter, submit a photo of yourself making the food or fitness choices that keep you on track, along with up to 500 words about how you plan to use MyFitnessPal to have happy and healthy holidays.

The winner will receive a Withings Smart Body Analyzer scale, a high-tech scale that reads your weight, fat composition, heart rate and environment data, then wirelessly syncs it all to your health mate app as well as your MyFitnessPal account!

Submit your entry here.  We can’t wait to read them!

Healthfully,

The MyFitnessPal Team
