When your schedule is packed, and it feels impossible to fit a few minutes in for meditation, don’t worry. You don’t need to be tied to your meditation cushion to find a little peace of mind. In fact, one of the most effective ways to find a little bit of calm is to practice mindfulness while doing routine activities like brushing your teeth or eating. Research has shown that 50% of the time, our thoughts aren’t related to what we’re doing, as if our mind has put our body on autopilot so it can run wild.
