Simple as can be, this dessert by Food Fanatic gets its sweetness naturally from fresh berries. It’s also quick and easy to make, with four ingredients and moments of prep time. At less than 100 calories per serving and a single gram of sugar, there’s no reason to resist this delightful dessert.

Mixed Berry Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed according to package
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup  (75g) Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Raspberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F/205ºC. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle.

Place on baking sheet. Cut a line around the edge of puff pastry, 1/2-inch from the edge to make a border.

Arrange strawberries on top of puff pastry. Add blueberries and raspberries.

Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve warm and enjoy!
