    I have lost 10 kg in 6 weeks. Yesterday had a Carlsberg Copenhagen 330ml. Consumed by guilt. Would it have undone the benefit ??!

    Walking for everyday – ~200-400 cals
    2-4 x per week at orange theory – ~550 cal/60mins

    Ultimate burner for me is swimming 1 mile in 35 mins ~ 574 calories!!!!!
