Green Power Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120 grams) water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 medium (200 grams) ripe avocado, cut into pieces
  • 1 medium (150 grams) Granny Smith apple, cored and coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 medium (150 grams) cucumber, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups (60 grams) lightly packed spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup (125 grams) nonfat plain Greek yogurt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth.
