Get Ready to Jumpstart Your Health
In This Article

The New Year is fast approaching, and it’s a time when many people start making their resolutions. Losing weight, eating healthier, and improving an exercise routine typically top the list for health-related resolutions. However, making the resolution is the easy part. Keeping the resolution throughout the year can be a challenge — but it helps to have a community of people setting (and reaching) goals together, while having fun along the way.

That’s where MyFitnessPal comes in! Stay tuned on our social channels and community forum as we’ll be rolling out something special to help you jumpstart your health and keep your resolutions beyond 2023. Hint: You’ll get expert advice from our celebrity cookbook author, plus helpful tips from a registered dietitian, fitness trainer, and MyFitnessPal super users. All you’ll have to do is sign up and follow along to participate. (P.S. It’s FREE!)

In the meantime, take a tip from the Mayo Clinic and write your health resolutions down as a clear, concise health vision to make them easier to achieve. One popular format is:

“I want to _______, so I ________.” (e.g. “I want to run more often, so I can finish my first half marathon.”)

Of course, healthy can mean something different for everybody, so what you fill in the blanks is up to you!

Mark your calendar: healthy things are coming your way on January 2nd. Don’t forget to download the latest version of MyFitnessPal for Apple and Android so you’re ready to jumpstart your health!
