Got five minutes? Take a light walk with me! It might be just what the doctor ordered to improve your entire day! This is the first five minutes of the Easy Walk from my “Just Walk: Mix & Match Walk Blasters.” This new DVD has 10 different mini walks that you can combine for a custom walk each time. Who cares if the weather outside is frightful? As long as we’ve got our own two feet we’re good to go!

Hardly any space is needed for this easy no-sweat walk. You don’t even need to know your left from your right. Just start following along and you’ll see how easy it is!
