Filter Excess Calories from Your Life

Water keeps our life moving fluidly and supports our health journey. The human body is 65% water, which is why it’s important to stay hydrated. Sadly, when we get thirsty, water isn’t always the first choice—calorie-laden beverages tend to get in the way. This month, make it a goal to drink more water.

Are you meeting your hydration goals?

Experts recommend about 10 cups of water per day for women and 13 cups of water per day for men for optimal hydration. Pledge to do this for 7 days—5 winners will win $680 worth of UA Swag. What are you waiting for?

Enter the Drink Up: Take the 7-Day Water Pledge Powered by Brita® by November 22, 2016, and you could win!

Exchanging water for sugared drinks and drinking more water is admirable. I would like to see the plastic water bottle in the promo exchanged for a reusable bottle of some kind. That would promote a healthier environment as well.

When you sign up it actually suggests that you use a bottle that you enjoy already, rather than going down and buying plastic ones, to help save on waste and money 🙂

I have been drinking 10-12 glasses of water a day for quite some time. I use a glass at home that is 16 oz for everyday use. I have a wonderful stainless steel Thermos drink bottle that is 24 oz that goes with me every time I leave the house. If filled with ice then cold water, it will still be cold the next day without refrigeration. Water is the only thing I drink with the exception of 1 cup of Silk Dark Chocolate Almond heated in the microwave in the morning. I am coffee free!!

How does this challenge KNOW how much water you are drinking? I drink only water, many cups during the day, but am I supposed to prove it? How?
