Show us how you’ll use MyFitnessPal to keep yourself active in December!

Last month we asked you to share a photo of yourself making the food or fitness choices that kept you on track during November. Every month we look forward to hearing about your trials and triumphs, and this month we want to unwrap more of your great stories.

In December we want to hear how you’ll use MyFitnessPal to stay focused on keeping active while you’re enjoying the holiday spirit. Recent studies have shown that being sedentary is bad for your health, but it can be hard to get motivated for a walk or a stretch in between all of the holiday parties and time crunches of the season.

To enter, submit a photo of yourself making healthy food and fitness choices, along with up to 500 words about how you plan to use MyFitnessPal to remain active while enjoying the holidays. Deadline is midnight on 12/31 – but you might be busy right about then, so be sure to get your entry in earlier!

The winner will receive a Lumo Back Posture and Movement System, which senses your posture and gently reminds you to stand up straight and move more. It also tracks your calories and activity and syncs to MyFitnessPal.

Submit your entry here – we can’t wait to see your entries under the tree!

Healthfully,

The MyFitnessPal Team
