    Pretty horrible smoothie. First, I don’t want to start and stop my blender 3 times to keep pushing down the kale so it’s properly blended; and I have one of those 1100 watt Ninja blenders, so it wasn’t a result of having a bad blender. Second, 200 grams is A LOT of kale. I bought a huge bundle and used 2/3 of it for one recipe. Third, flavor is very heavy on the Chobani plain yogurt I used. I could barely taste the fruit. Absolutely passing on this recipe, although now I’m stuck with a bag of Chia seeds I need to find another use for.
