You don’t even have to turn the oven on to make a quick, nutritious snack. These six-ingredient protein balls feature healthy fats from nut butter and good-for-you carbs thanks to the oats. Plus, they’re ready in just 10 minutes.

Cinnamon Raisin Cookie Protein Balls

Serves: 24 | Serving Size: 1 ball

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup (135g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup (250g) cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup (80g) honey
  • 2 scoops (64 grams) vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place oats, cashew butter, honey, protein powder, raisins and cinnamon in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Getting the mixture to combine takes a little arm muscle and it may seem a little crumbly at first, but it will come together as you keep mixing. Use your hands to knead the dough near the end.
  3. Once combined, use a small cookie scoop to scoop and form the dough into balls.
  4. Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
