Whereas standard raisins come from red grapes, sultanas are dried white grapes. They absorb the flavor of whatever dish they’re used in and are a great way to add natural sweetness. Try them with dried apple slices and cinnamon in this sweet oatmeal breakfast on a cool autumn morning.
