Chicken & Black Bean Burrito Bowls

Topped in a nutty, Asian-inspired sauce, these Chicken & Black Bean Burrito Bowls from 24 Carrot Life are packed with protein, healthy fats, and wholesome carbs. For an easy vegan option, skip the chicken and add tofu or tempeh for protein instead.

    what would the nutrition info be per serving without the dressing? I prefer just lime juice. Thanks.

    I just made this. I don’t cook a lot and I’m glad the ingredients we’re easy to assemble but I dirtied a lot of dishes! It came out great and the black beans made it. I wish the dressing had a bit more flavor.

    Why would you call it a “Burrito Bowl” and then put Asian dressing on it? Why not a lime/cilantro dressing?

    Salt, pepper and lime juice is enough for the dressing for it to taste beautifully!
