Three key ingredients combine to make this smoothie more filling than most: protein-rich Greek yogurt, high-fiber blueberries and heart-healthy avocado. For a slightly different flavor profile, use frozen mixed berries in place of blueberries.
The avocado adds fat and fiber to this smoothie, making it a more filling option than most. It’s great as an on-the-go breakfast or snack that won’t leave you hungry shortly after.
