    The Tennessee burger with Bourbon sauce is a “threat”?? Did you mean “treat”!?

      “Triple threat”. I don’t know if they changed it but I see the sentence as “The Tennessee burger with Bourbon sauce is a triple threat.”

    i wish there were more specific details on food prep and exercising for people like myself who work 3rd shift, who doesn’t get much sleep due to my small children & busy schedule .Also my eating habits are all screwed up… any suggestions??

      I know exactly what you mean. Working 3rd shift makes eating 5 small meals a day difficult to keep up with. I plan to see a nutritionist. Hopefully, they can work out a plan to my specific needs as a 3rd shifter.

      Basically there is no easy way around it. If you’re a shift-worker, you NEED to pre-plan and prepare your meals. Get someone to mind the kids for a day once a fortnight and do a big plan/cookup. That’s how my mother managed it.

    I wish my fitness pal had a meal planning and shopping list section…seems out dated to do it all on paper and then transfer it to MFP to log it all.
