Kristen has a master’s in human nutrition from The Ohio State University and has been practicing dietetics for three years. She owns a private practice nutrition counseling business focusing on performance nutrition for athletes and coaches cyclists in mountain, road and cyclocross bike racing with Red Kite Coaching.
