She lives in Austin, TX with her husband and is also a nutrition coach, CrossFit coach, and runs a meal prep business. She loves to workout, hang out with her new puppy, and trying new restaurants. Kelly is an advocate of what you eat directly effects how you feel and each person has to find what works for them. She’s never met a veggie she didn’t like, but is a huge believer in moderation and balance in your diet, which includes chips and queso and a spicy margarita every so often!
