Proud Haitian chef Jean-Rony has been in the restaurant industry for almost two decades and is passionate about food education and training. He is currently the chef at the Hyatt Regency in Montreal and owns a private catering company, 3Couteaux (3Knives). His passion for food began during childhood and he loves to show his clients how to embrace and elevate simple, but delicious food.
