    So you shrank the serving size of all the other foods to come out ahead in the protein count? I’m not knocking jerky as a good source of protein but atleast be honest with the other foods.

      Here are some plant based options:
      Half cup of black bean soup
      Roasted chick peas
      Edamame
      Boca Burger
      Vegan protein shake
      Sunflower or Almond Butter
      Hummus
