Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Serves: 13 | Serving Size: 1 cookie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup natural nut butter
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then form into balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork, then bake for 12-15 minutes.
