Here at MyFitnessPal, we want to make cooking easier for you and take the work out of food logging. To help with this, we put together a free, downloadable eCookbook to highlight one of our newest features, the Log It button.

As the name suggests, now logging a meal is as easy as a click of a button. To add any dish in this cookbook to your food diary, simply click the blue Log It button located under the image of each recipe. From there you’ll be able to save it into your food diary for the day, or add it to your recipe box for later from MyRecipes.com. As a matter of fact, our new Log It button is usable sitewide at MyRecipes.com, which offers recipes from great publications like Cooking Light, Real Simple, Food & Wine, Health and more.
