Who doesn’t love a healthy, flavor-filled, 10-minute meal? Thanks to precooked chicken, this dish comes together in 10 minutes or less. For a complete meal, serve alongside sautéed vegetables like green beans or summer squash or on top of zucchini noodles.

10-Minute Grilled Chicken Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound (340g) Roma or Heirloom tomatoes, diced
  • 3 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 18 ounces (2 packages) Johnsonville® Flame Grilled Garlic & Herb Chicken Breast
  • 6 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) balsamic glaze (available in the dressing aisle of most grocers)

Directions

Combine the tomatoes, red onion, basil, olive oil and garlic in a small bowl and gently mix until incorporated. Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper, if desired, and set aside.

Warm the grilled chicken in the microwave or on the stovetop according to package directions.

Divide the tomato mixture among the chicken breasts, and top each with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese and 2 teaspoons of balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
