Upper-Body Challenge: 4 Push-Up Variations

The push-up is a classic upper body move that works your chest, arms, shoulders and even some of your core muscles. When you want a multi-purpose move that can be banged out quickly at home, the push-up should be one of your go-to upper body exercises.

Spice up your old-school push-up with these fun, fast and effective options. Progressions are also provided to keep things challenging as you get comfortable with the moves. Always remember to warm up before you start an exercise program and take it at your own pace.

Push-up Variations Workout

1. Regular Push-up (knee/toes)
2. Push Bird Dog
3. Plank Press-up/Push-up
4. Alligator
5. Cross Over
