Looks yummy, but those calories are way off, even with removing the yolk from my eggs, I still get 323 calories for every 2 tacos, that’s not even counting the scallions.
True, true – I assume that the nutritional breakdown will vary between recipes depending on brands and quality of items used. For me, for example, I make my own corn shells and will soak and cook my own beans, which may affect what you’re using. I suppose that as long as you are mindful of your own caloric intake, you should be okay. I think of these details as more ballpark guesses rather than gospel.
