    1. Based on entering each ingredient into my lose it app it comes up with 34.5 carbs. (27.5 of that alone is the pear)

  2. Apples with Raspberries Smoothies or dessert

Try the combination of Apples with Raspberries it has a powerful antioxidant ellagic acid (found in raspberries) and enhanced the ability of quercetin (an antioxidant found in apples) to kill off cancerous cells.

And it’s more effective if we consider a supplement daily. In scientific research, krill oil is shown to promote cardiovascular health, to maintain cholesterol levels already within the normal range and to support joint health. For women, Hercules Krill Oil may provide relief from PMS symptoms and may ease the transition of menopause. In addition, Krill oil’s efficacious, antioxidant ingredient astaxanthin, can provide excellent support for the eyes and skin.

  3. For Breckfast I make a Whey Protein smoothie. I add I scoop of whey to a cup of almond milk then add mix berries ( blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries), kale and 1 banana. Put all that in blender with 1 glass of ice and a little water. Gives me two glasses of smoothie to drink. Fells me up and stay full for at least five hours. I either have an apple with peanut butter for a snack.
