Welcome to Day 5: Healthy for the Holidays!

Today’s session is all about taking time to rejuvenate your body with a relaxing, full-body stretch. You won’t need any equipment for this, though you may want a mat or a towel for some of the floor poses.

Prefer to do your own routine? Schedule 15–20 minutes of your favorite total-body flexibility work, and check in with us in the comments below or on social media once you are done.
