Crispy Breaded Mushroom Bites Ingredients Directions Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease baking sheet and set aside. Grab three small bowls, and put the flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs separately in each bowl. In the bread crumb bowl, add Italian seasoning and garlic salt and stir. Rinse mushrooms off, and wipe clean with a paper towel. Roll or dip each mushroom in the flour, then in the egg, then in the bread crumbs. Place mushrooms on a greased baking sheet. Melt butter, and mix with garlic; lightly brush each mushroom with a little garlic butter. Bake for 13–15 minutes until golden.
