8-Minute Total Body Stretching Routine

Wind down your workout with this eight-minute total body stretch session that can be done anywhere. Bonus: There’s no need to get down on the ground, so this routine is perfect for those with limited mobility.

We’ll use a single hand towel (you can also use a longer beach towel or yoga strap to make the stretches a bit easier) to stretch out tension and help relax the muscles in your upper back, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps, calves, hips and more.

    When is it Best to stretch; after a work out? I say warm up before work out and cool down & Stretch afterwards. Correct me if I’m wrong.

      I can’t understand, all i have to do in day 6 is this 8 minutes stretch ‘?!?
