7-Minute Total Body Workout

If your top-two obstacles to squeezing in a workout is lack of time or that you just can’t get to the gym, I have a solution! This 7-minute workout is a routine you can do anywhere, anytime.

You’ll train all the major muscles of the body, including your heart. This workout includes push-ups to strengthen your pectorals; squats and lunges to strengthen your glutes, hamstrings and quads; tricep dips to strengthen the back of your arms; and lots of planks to focus on core stabilization.

Complete the moves once a day or carve out three times during the day when you can stop and perform these exercises and soon you’ll be on your way to a fitter, leaner, healthier body.
