Sounds good! Is the nutrition info with the avocado and maple syrup or without?
Mmmmmmm!!!
I like the recipe, except for the grapeseed oil. I have read a couple of studies that say it is far from healthy and should be avoided. Extra virgin olive oil would be a better choice in my opinion.
Can you provide these studies? I like grapeseed oil very much and I’d like to make an informed decision about it.
My grocery deli sells a Kale salad very similar to this one but it has blueberries and I think raspberries in it, with a raspberry vinegrette as the dressing. Printing this one out to try it. 🙂
I loved this salad. A little dressing went a long way. I sautéed my leftovers with shrimp on a bed a rice. Delicious!
